EU Treasury Services - London
During a seven-month period in 2003, served as full-time, interim head of technology for new line of business within Treasury Services, reporting to the European Head of Technology. The scope of service was business outsource processing for the treasury operations of large multi-national corporate clients, including high-value payment processing. Responsibilities included architectural design, data center infrastructure development, assembly and management of integration team, project and budget development, management of RFP process for complex software package selection, and client-facing  relationship support. Recruited permanent technology project director prior to end of initial engagement.

Treasury Services - New York/Tampa
During 4Q 2003 - 1Q 2004, served as full-time project manager for a Liquidity Management software package selection project.   Led a vendor evaluation and selection team, from business/technology requirements definition through Request For Information and Request For Proposal.  Completed RFI evaluation and established RFP documentation and evaluation tools; project halted after RFP published (not distributed) due to Bank One merger. Project conducted with CMM Level 2 compliance.
