During 2005, led an approximately 50-person development project to build a new payments engine within the NEWBACS program -- a comprehensive replacement of the entire 30+-year old UK national ACH system, using modern software engineering techniques under a RUP project methodology. Team included business analysts, architects, DB analysts, application developers, and component testers, in the UK and India.
