During 2001, performed a post-merger technology infrastructure evaluation of the UK’s two largest online (Internet) estate listings firms. Scope included system architecture, data center hosting services, staff and premises.  Delivered and presented reported findings and integration recommendations to the CEO, highlighting opportunities for significant reductions in IT operating expense.
