During 1998 - 1999, Hexadecimal Consulting provided strategic and product design consulting to senior management, and development teams, regarding HA's Canopy software line and service bureau. HA, a provider of software and Internet-based online service solutions to over 100 financial institutions in the US, was acquired in January of 2001 by Intelidata Technologies Corporation.

Developed the product architectural design for Canopy Central, HA's banking portal service which allowed financial institutions to integrate home banking services with third party-provided content and functionality such as world news, e-mail, stock portfolio, weather, and financial market data. For this project, also served as consultant during the development effort.
