During 2004, served as full-time
consultant to the bank’s wire transfer product manager. Assistance
included business analysis for ongoing development projects for the CEO
Wires
(Internet) service, including detailed requirements and use cases.
Assessed
strategic wire transfer initiatives for all channels, and served as
backup to
the product manager.
During 2002, served on
strategic consulting team for evaluation
of new business opportunities, for executive management of the bank's
technology
and operations division. Scope of evaluation included check processing,
as well
as Point-Of-Sale and ACH transactions.
From 1996 - 2000, served on the
development team for the bank's WellsNet and Wells Electronic Banker
services. Targeted at middle market and large corporate businesses,
WellsNet was an Internet browser-based corporate cash management
service offering extensive reporting and transaction initiation
capabilities. Wells Electronic Banker was an international treasury
management service, employing proprietary client workstation software,
and communicating over a private TCP/IP network. Subsequent to the
initial WellsNet launch, designed requirements for WellsNet service
enhancements such as electronic funds transfer payments, and provided
direction in the administrative areas of billing, management reporting,
and customer care.
